I think we’re having a breakdown of communication here. When you ask someone specifically about a thing. Anything. You’re asking their opinion.

Like do you like these socks? I’m asking you about your opinion on these socks.

He asked her what she thought about the fans who thought her coming out episode was offensive…blah blah blah.

She used the word “I” and then she gave a response. A personal response.

I don’t know where this conversation is going or what you’re trying to get at.

Naya wasn’t offended by the episode. Case closed. And that’s okay. She doesn’t have to feel every little feeling the fandom feels. But a little tact is always helpful.
